The past period has been a special one for EURIEC. The phase when EURIEC was funded by the European Union has now officially ended. This gives us a moment to reflect at the much and useful work done during the first four years. Of course, we also look at what can be done differently and better in the future. Because we are happy to report that EURIEC will continue in 2024. You will soon receive more news about the work of the future EURIEC.
It is also a moment of farewell for me. After a great time as head of (EU)RIEC, I am retiring. I am happy to hand over my tasks to Gert Wibbelink. He will start on 1 January 2024.
